okay  here is my plan for tomorrow and i need to not let this bad bad weekend throw me off track!!

breakfast:
tea (0 cal)
apple (30 cal)
2 glasses water

lunch:
apple (30 cal)
14 carrots (30 cal)
2 glasses water

dinner:
omega 3 egg (75 cal)
1 piece lunch meat (30 cal)
3 glasses water

after dinner:
tea x lottssss

total= 195 cal

yesss this will be a good day. i may not even eat that much
