  <description>okay&amp;nbsp; here is my plan for tomorrow and i need to not let this bad bad weekend throw me off track!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;breakfast:&lt;br /&gt;tea (0 cal)&lt;br /&gt;apple (30 cal)&lt;br /&gt;2&amp;nbsp;glasses water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;lunch:&lt;br /&gt;apple (30 cal)&lt;br /&gt;14 carrots (30 cal)&lt;br /&gt;2 glasses water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dinner:&lt;br /&gt;omega 3 egg (75 cal)&lt;br /&gt;1 piece lunch meat (30 cal)&lt;br /&gt;3 glasses water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;after dinner:&lt;br /&gt;tea x lottssss&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;total= 195 cal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;yesss this will be a good day. i may not even eat that much</description>
